Rob, an AriCo Plumbing technician, replaced and installed a water heater in my Tucson home, this morning. His expertise was obvious. His genuine knowledge of plumbing was over-the-top. But more importantly, Rob displayed attributes of willingness to work beyond normal expectations, motivation to achieve, kindness, and genuine concern for me and my plumbing problem. I first used Arico Plumbing about 5 years ago to fix a pipe that was broken between 2 bathrooms. They did such a fabulous job -- that was what sold me on them. Tom, who came out to do that first big job, had to crawl through a muddy space to fix the problem. He did such good work that I have continued to use them over the years. Another thing I appreciate about Arico Plumbing is that they are reliable. If there are any problems after they have finished the job, they will come back out and fix them for you. Delia Zoffman

I don't like the fact that they use word play, about charges. I called them up, and was told thier hourly charges were, $5900 the first half hour, $69.00 the second hour, one hour mininum. Now if I wasn't paying attention, I would think, this little job was going to be $59.00, but after doing the math it turned out it was going to be $93.50 for them to show up. Not happy with the misleading over the phone.

I was very happy with their service. The girl who answered the phone was polite and helpful. I had 2 faucets replaced and they did a great job.
