A cut above the rest

How do you describe Essenza... well the salon is beautiful first of all... I got a Body Treatment from Mercedes and it was amazing. She is so nice and down to earth she really made me feel comfortable. She went above and beyond. She didn't make me feel she was watching the clock in fact she ran over time and it was great. i felt very spoiled and pampered and look forward to my next treatment. I highly recommend Mercedes for massages or body treatments. you will not regret it and you will wonder how you went without her. Thank you Essenza for hiring such an amazing person for your staff.

My first and ONLY time in this esstablishment I was extremely unhappy with how rude and loud one of the stylist that worked there was, on my way out I asked why the management would tollerate someone like that, and was told that she was management! So much for a relaxing day at a so called spa! Would never go back nor reccomend!

Would'nt go any where else in this town to have my hair done! They are knowledgeable,experienced, and extremely professional.

One of the ladies with the long hair was very rude and mean to her employees she also made remarks about them to her clients.I will never do business there again.
