How do you put into words the way Helping Hands helped me ? They went out of their way to accomodate my schelude and to meet my needs. I have used Helping Hands for over 6 years. They are reliable, honest, knowledgable, consistant with their cleaning and the office communicates with me example, schedule changes, which doesn't happen a lot, as I have needed to change my cleaning date and or time, Suggestions on cleaning that needs done, but require extra time. They have broken one thing in my house, which I believe when you have a cleaning service, accidents do happen, as long as they don't make a habit of it. And they wrote me a note stating what happened and it would get taken care of and was. I'd have to say one item in over 6 years, is a great record, as I have experienced in the past. I have been very happy with this company for many years. And continue for many more years to come. They have always met my needs. I HIGHLY recommend this company. This company is great. Prompt, thorough, and a very friendly Staff. They did a great job in my house. I will use this service anytime I need a cleaning. Helping Hands has been cleaning my home for over 10 years. If that doesn't say it all. Not sure what does. This is by far the best cleaning service I've tried so far. They are completely thorough and do everything they promised when cleaning my home. I would reccommend this service to anyone interested in using a Professional cleaning service.
