We have a small staff of drivers who are all longtime locals. The drivers are all insured, have completed driver safety training, and have extremely good driving records. They are familiar with the many local attractions as well as dining and night spots. Since not all people know everything, if a driver doesn't know it, they will contact the dispatcher who will know, or they will contact someone who does. Are you interested in Spas, Resorts, Fine Dining, Dude Ranches, or Hiking, just ask. Local Celebrities, we know them!

2 Bad Experiences

I called one time for my wife and the woman answered claimed she just got out of the shower, said she call back and hung up. I never even gave her my number. (caller ID doesn't work for company numbers) Gave her a 2nd shot and when I tried to get a postive answer as to whether she could make it within a certain time she said I could call another company. Her customer service was not winning me over then either, but apprarently the driver was very courteous.

Yes I called you back and left you a message, and yes I have caller ID. I work 24/7 on dispatch even I need a shower. I do it all to make sure it is done right and on time. But I am very confused It looks like we picked up on time and did a good job for your WIFE but your still not pleased. Yes we do recommend other companies for a variety of reasons. If they offer what you need as customer I will tell you who to call since I've been doing this for 20+ yrs. If you were so disatisfied why did you call back and use my services? Why? Because we do what we say and we are always prompt and truthful. What does your wife say?I don't think that qualifies as a BAD EXPERIENCE. But like I said it is written very confusing. So I hope you will try us again.

Wonderful van service. Rented as shuttle for bachelor party and shuttle service for my wedding. Got 50+ people home safely. Very reasonable rates and very clean, new vans.
